TrackSense® Pro – the ultimate solution in wireless thermal validation.
Offering the largest range of different interchangeable sensors with 1, 2 or 4 channels, Ellab enables the user to choose sensors for different applications, using only one set of TrackSense® Pro (TSP) loggers. TSP set can be used for temperature, humidity, pressure and conductivity studies. All sensors (except quad sensors) are compatible with a Sky option to provide live data.
A range of loggers with integrated sensors are available in temperature, pressure and humidity versions for various applications.
The decision on which model to choose should be based on physical dimensions and process parameters.
Reaching measuring accuracy up to 0.05 °C, for this kind of equipment Ellab loggers are leaders on the market.
The new E-Val Pro allows for easier access to controlled environments due to its compact size and light weight. Rechargeable internal battery allow operation up to 8 hours as a stand-alone unit or it can be connected via LAN/USB.
The flexible configuration can handle 4 to 40 channels (per module), system is expandable up to 120 channels (with additional modules).
Interchangeable sensor array accommodate up to 12 thermocouple. In addition 4 channel multipurpose array is available for thermocouples, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V and I/O relay.
The traceable and interchangeable thermocouples comprise of a smart USB connector that is molded and sealed. Built-in cold junction compensation is integrated into each USB connector. Each connector maintains the calibration offsets reducing the pre and post calibration time and efforts.
Using Ellab type T smart thermocouple system provides ±0.10 °C of total system accuracy.
ValSuite is an intuitive validation software with powerful reporting tools, which collects and presents validation data from all Ellab measuring devices. This allows for users to combine data loggers and thermocouples in the same study.
The software is developed according to GAMP principles, fully compatible with Windows 10, 64 bit.

The ValSuite Pro version has all features and all reports and is fully validated and compliant with 21 CFR, Part 11. It is supported with original Ellab IQ/OQ documentation, local customer training and validation execution.
